Quarter Beef

$500 reservation deposit

A practical choice for smaller households or first-time bulk beef buyers.

Half Beef

$950 reservation deposit

More variety and volume for families who regularly cook beef at home.

Whole Beef

$1,875 reservation deposit

The full animal for larger households, shared family orders, or maximum freezer stocking.

Your cuts, your table

After your initial deposit is complete, we’ll send two branded cut-sheet options based on your share size. You can choose your preferred steaks, roasts, ground beef, specialty cuts, and request fat for tallow, broth bones, or dog bones where available.
