Five Generations, One Enduring Legacy

1912  •  TODAY  •  THE NEXT GENERATION

Our family put down roots in Western Oklahoma in 1912. Through drought, dust storms, and generations of change, faith, hard work, and honest stewardship have kept us here.

In 2012, we marked 100 years of continuous ranching. Today, 3T’s carries that legacy forward with care for our cattle, our land, and the families we feed.

Five generations have carried this ranch from 1912 to today. Meet the people who kept the promise alive.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT MAKES 3T’S BEEF DIFFERENT?

Our beef is raised the way our family’s done it for five generations — slow, intentional, and grounded in care. We’re not chasing fast or flashy. We’re choosing what’s right: honest, nutrient-dense beef raised with respect for the land, the animal, and your family.

ARE THEY A PASTURE-RAISED RANCH?

We’re a pasture-based farm in western Oklahoma, practicing regenerative agriculture for over six years—restoring soil, rotating pastures, and working with nature. It’s slower, but it’s the way forward.

HOW DO YOU APPROACH HORMONES AND ANTIBIOTICS?

We do not use added hormones. We do not make an antibiotic-free claim: when an animal needs medical care, we treat it responsibly because animal welfare comes first.

WHAT IS A BEEF SHARE?

A beef share lets you reserve a portion of an animal before processing. 3T’s offers quarter, half, and whole beef shares so you can choose the amount that fits your household and freezer.

HOW MUCH BOXED BEEF SHOULD I EXPECT?

Estimated boxed weights are 100–120 lb for a quarter, 200–220 lb for a half, and 390–415 lb for a whole beef. Actual packaged yield varies by animal and processing selections.

DOES MY DEPOSIT APPLY TO THE TOTAL?

Yes. Every reservation deposit is credited toward your final beef-share purchase price.

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel. If 3T’s cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the deposit or other amount paid in accordance with our refund policy.

CAN I CHOOSE MY CUTS?

Yes. 3T’s will provide two cut-sheet options based on your share size. You’ll submit your selection to us, and we’ll coordinate the instructions with the processor. A standard selection is available when needed.

CAN I TRANSFER MY BEEF SHARE?

A reservation may be gifted or transferred by arrangement with 3T’s. The original purchaser remains responsible for the beef share unless 3T’s approves a different arrangement.

WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?

Your reservation deposit is due when you select your share. A second reservation payment is due 30 days later, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before processing. All reservation payments are credited toward the final purchase price.
