Beef Share Terms

These Beef Share Terms apply to reservations made with 3T’s Farm Ranch Homegrown Beef Co. Please review them before reserving a quarter, half, or whole beef share.

1. Share options and estimated boxed weights

• Quarter Beef: approximately 100–120 lb boxed beef.
• Half Beef: approximately 200–220 lb boxed beef.
• Whole Beef: approximately 390–415 lb boxed beef.

These are estimates only. Actual boxed weight varies based on the animal and processing selections.

2. Reservation deposits

• Quarter Beef: $500 reservation deposit.
• Half Beef: $950 reservation deposit.
• Whole Beef: $1,875 reservation deposit.

Every deposit applies toward the final purchase price. Reservation deposits are non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel. If 3T’s cannot fulfill a confirmed reservation, amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Payment timing

The initial deposit is due when the reservation is placed. A second reservation payment is due 30 days later. The remaining balance is due 90 days before processing. A reservation must be paid in full before the customer becomes the owner of their portion of the animal.

4. Pricing

The price confirmed for a reservation is the price applied to that reservation. Deposits and other reservation payments are credited toward the final purchase price.

5. Cut selections

3T’s provides two cut-sheet options based on the selected share size. Customers submit their selection to 3T’s, and 3T’s coordinates the instructions with the processor. The selection deadline will be communicated for each reservation. If a selection is not received by the stated deadline, the standard selection may be used.

6. Ownership

The customer becomes the owner of their portion of the animal after the reservation has been paid in full.

7. Transfers and gifts

A reservation may be gifted or transferred by arrangement with 3T’s. The original purchaser remains responsible for the reservation and payments unless 3T’s approves another arrangement in writing.

8. Processing and fulfillment

Beef shares are professionally processed and packaged. 3T’s will communicate the confirmed processing and fulfillment arrangements for each reservation. No pickup, delivery, courier, or nationwide-shipping arrangement should be assumed unless 3T’s confirms it for that order.

9. Natural variation and photos

Estimated boxed weights are not guarantees. Product photos are representative; individual cuts, marbling, shape, packaging, and final yield naturally vary.

10. Cancellations and order concerns

If you need to cancel or have a concern about an order, contact 3T’s promptly. Photos or other information may be requested when needed to evaluate a product concern. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the published refund policy and these Beef Share Terms.

11. Changes and communications

Processing dates and fulfillment details can depend on animal readiness, processor scheduling, and other circumstances. 3T’s will communicate confirmed timing and any material changes directly to the customer.
