A beef share lets you reserve a quarter, half, or whole portion of an animal before processing. Your reservation deposit holds your share and is credited toward the final purchase price.

How your beef share works
1. Reserve Your Share
Choose a quarter, half, or whole beef and make the listed reservation deposit online.
2. Choose Your Cuts
3T’s will provide two cut-sheet options based on your share size. You’ll send your selection to us, and we’ll coordinate the instructions with the processor. A standard selection is available when needed.
3. Complete Your Payments
Your initial deposit is due when you reserve. A second reservation payment is due 30 days later, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before processing. Every reservation payment is credited toward the final purchase price.
4. Fill Your Freezer
Your beef is professionally processed and packaged. 3T’s will communicate the confirmed fulfillment arrangements for your reservation.
Before you reserve
- Reservation deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
- If 3T’s cannot fulfill your order, amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
- A reservation may be gifted or transferred by arrangement with 3T’s. The original purchaser remains responsible unless 3T’s approves another arrangement.
- Product photos are representative; individual cuts, marbling, shape, and packaged yield naturally vary.
